Activities and Attractions
All the major theme parks are close by including Disney 15 Mins, Sea World 25 Mins and Universal 35 Mins. Busch Gardens in Tampa is about an hour away.
There are a number of Supermarkets and Malls close by including a Publix Supermarket and a Late Opening Walgreens Pharmacy which also sells groceries. Just down US 27 is a Walmart Supercentre which is 24 hours and sells just about everything.
Premium Outlets with its many stores including Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Nike is about 20 Minutes drive and the Florida Mall is a little further off Sandlake Road
The Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Resort is 10 Minutes away.
The Beaches of the Atlantic Coast are about an hours drive and the White Sands of the Gulf Coast are a similar distance in the opposite direction
Airports
Orlando International is the nearest airport about 30 minutes away up the I4, Sanford is about an hour away and is the main airport for charter flights. An alternative is Tampa which is an hour West of the house straight down the I4.
